Retained Executive Search

For critical positions where industry experience and executive level candidate interactions are crucial. Junto leadership is your single point of contact and directly handles candidate interactions from initial contact through offer acceptance. Candidates are exclusively submitted to the client and we agree to submit 3 qualified candidates, within a defined period of time, until an offer is accepted. One third of the fee is paid upon commencement of the search, one third upon face to face interviews, and the final portion upon candidate start date.

 


Engaged Search

This approach is used when you're more urgent than contingency yet wish to maintain the ability to fill positions with internal or other recruiting efforts. Junto leadership is your point of contact, screens each candidate, and manages all candidate interactions following candidate presentation. An agreed upon engagement fee is due prior to search commencement and the remainder is paid only upon successful placement.

 

 

Contingency Search
This is appropriate for junior positions and when a client has limited urgency and no time limit. Junto leadership remains your point of contact, screens each candidate, and will facilitate offer acceptance. The project manager contacts potential candidates and manages candidate interactions throughout the interview process. Fees are based on candidate salary and payment is due on candidate start date.
